There aren’t really any advantages.
Cons
Leave does not comply with the Labor Standards Act; there is no overtime pay, paid annual leave, promotion opportunities, or year-end bonus. Pay is calculated hourly. It may be suitable for part-time work or as a retirement job, but if you are looking for full-time or long-term employment, don’t bother.
