Bonuses have already been cut,
there is a lack of projects, making it feel like a retirement home,
regardless of whether you do well or poorly, you get a very bad rating...
Corporate headquarters RD: This is a place that heavily values pedigree, and some people slack off every day~
A National Taiwan University graduate still gets an A rating; royal relatives from NTU Electrical Engineering get A+
For everyone else, it depends on how much the supervisor likes you,
competence is completely useless,
Half of the managers slack off and play on their phones every day, for the same reasons as above,
They know nothing, yet can still become managers,
Whenever there is a problem, they email the vendor and drag things out,
The RD manager in name does not look at the code,
New employees are worked to death and get the worst ratings,
Old employees enjoy themselves to death and get an A rating,
When problems arise, they use new employees as scapegoats~
