Pros
The colleagues are easy to get along with. That's it.
Cons
Lunch is at your own expense. Operators and quality assurance staff earn 22K, with overtime pay, and are required to work one additional day each month.
Engineering staff earn 30K under a responsibility-based system, and no one can leave work on time. The workload is often impossible to finish. When laying off employees, HR pretends not to understand and refuses to issue certificates of involuntary separation.
