1. My colleagues are all mothers over 50, so they are easy to get along with.
2. The work is not very stressful.
3. There are often no adults in the office, so it is very relaxed and no one monitors you.

1. Old-fashioned company mindset; they still use a DOS system…
2. There are no Taiwan-based managers at the factory in China, and the mainland Chinese managers are difficult to communicate with.
3. The young boss cannot keep the mainland Chinese managers under control and is not very good at handling many matters either.
4. The perfect-attendance bonus is calculated annually… (You only receive it if you do not take any leave other than annual leave throughout the entire year.)
