Based on my own experience working there, this company follows the Labor Standards Act quite closely, probably because they are afraid of getting into trouble. If there is an overtime form, it is approved as soon as it is signed, and everyone leaves work on time. I also checked the labor insurance salary bracket, and it was normal, so there was no real issue on that front.

This is probably because none of their projects have ever failed and their regular clients are very supportive, so they have a lot of projects. Consequently, their technical requirements are quite demanding. People who are eager to learn can give it a try, but the pressure is correspondingly greater, because the projects they take on are either for art galleries or hospitals, and their clients are generally quite sophisticated. Testing and acceptance are not easy, unlike at large companies where it is easier to get by. This is definitely something you need to prepare yourself mentally for.
