The interview lets you taste the shop’s coffee, but it has nothing to do with the interview content.
1. The position applied for was E-commerce Manager, but the interview was conducted by someone who was not a specialist. The interviewer could not even distinguish between e-commerce platforms, yet still questioned the candidate’s expertise.
2. Despite being advertised as a managerial position, the salary was quite low and seemed more like an entry-level position.
3. The E-commerce Manager role was actually a jack-of-all-trades position requiring end-to-end work, including handling shipments personally.
4. The office was very small, with only about eight seats.
