Pros
1. The supervisor is very courteous.
2. Sometimes you have to stay at the company after work for training.
Cons
1. It is physically demanding work. If you cannot handle hard work and heat, do not consider it. You need to have a certain level of electrical skills.
2. The salary is 36K. Currently, overtime is compensated only with compensatory leave; this may change depending on the circumstances.
3. It involves PM air-conditioning maintenance, repairs, and air-conditioner installation.
