Pros
The environment is pretty good.
Cons
You may be asked about your sexual orientation, and the employment terms may not be clearly explained (for example, whether labor and health insurance are provided, the salary, and the rules for scheduling shifts). You need to know to ask for clarification yourself. They may suddenly tell you not to come in anymore without notifying you in advance.
