Pros
Everything was very efficient. My résumé was forwarded to the hiring manager by an internal employee, I quickly received an interview invitation, and I found out whether I was hired just two days after the interview.
Cons
The interview was too rushed, lasting about 15 minutes. After the interviewer finished asking questions, it ended before I had a chance to ask any.
