This company is actually pretty good. It was previously hit quite hard by online rumors spread by former employees who had left, but it seems to have turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Existing customers strongly supported the company instead, creating more opportunities for collaboration. I heard that its scale this year is already twice as large as last year’s.

In my own experience, the salary adjustment this year was quite substantial. I received bonuses for two quarters, and they were both pretty good. The manager is also quite kind. However, the company is indeed quite demanding when it comes to learning new technologies. The company hopes to continually provide clients with development in new areas, so employees need to keep learning new things. The company is quite willing to spend on R&D and training courses. If you’re not looking for a place to coast until retirement, this is actually pretty good.

It’s better to have a strong interest in the IT industry to get up to speed.
