I only had one interview, and the manager who interviewed me taunted me by saying that the turnover rate for project assistants is very high, and that if you don't pass the probationary period, you can't take over projects because they need to ensure that the person responsible for a project can see it through to completion. They also said that passing probation would definitely come with a major salary increase. Why would I go to a company where I might not even pass probation?

Also, the number of employees listed for this company on 104 is fake. There couldn't possibly be only 15 people. I saw at least around 30 people there, and only a small area was unoccupied. During the interview, people kept laughing and joking around outside, and someone even applauded or something. It felt like a very unserious company.
