Pros

Although the interviewer was demanding at first, after talking for three to five minutes, I actually felt that she was quite nice. Although my academic and professional background was not yet sufficient, the interviewer also raised some questions, such as how to convey the company’s positive image, manage online platforms, and maintain website resources. Although my answers were not particularly appropriate, she did not try to make things difficult for me. She only said that although my abilities were not yet at the level where I could work independently, she hoped that if I joined the company in the future, I could learn well and grow together with the company. At that point, I actually felt quite moved. Overall, after the interview, I felt that the interviewer’s office was very tidy, so she presumably has certain expectations of her subordinates. If I really got the job, I might be put through some training and challenges~~ I did some research and found that it is a 40-year-old Taiwan-based company engaged in manufacturing, R&D, and domestic and overseas sales. I did not go upstairs, but it has its own building (otherwise, how could it be called the Weilin Building~). The office environment was quite tidy, and the partition panels between individuals were about a person’s height, so presumably once seated, you would not be disturbed by people walking around, right?! Although I saw some negative reviews, opinions may vary. Here is another perspective for everyone to consider.

Cons

The interviewer was quite serious, which made this humble applicant a little nervous.
