Colleagues are easy to get along with, except that there is infighting within the department, and some people curry favor with superiors for the sake of their own prospects, using others as stepping stones and climbing over them. Sometimes people take credit and shift blame. It is suitable for people without ideals or ambitions who are quiet and obedient.
1. The salary is extremely low and disproportionate to the workload. There is no room for salary increases; the starting salary is effectively the salary you will have going forward.
2. There are no promotion opportunities unless you know how to curry favor with your supervisor.
3. You need to know how to curry favor with your supervisor and win their approval. You must be able to accept being unfairly blamed when the supervisor is in a bad mood. If you please the supervisor, you will be treated extremely well, as if you were in heaven, and you will not have to worry about being reprimanded even when you make mistakes. If the supervisor dislikes you, it will be like being in hell: you will be berated every day, and even simply walking past can annoy them.
4. The method of calculating salaries is unclear and does not comply with the Labor Standards Act. There are not even computer-printed salary statements.
5. The work environment is poor. The office is cramped, small, old, and offers no privacy. The supervisor may appear beside you at any time to see what you are doing, which creates tremendous pressure.
6. Employees must take turns cleaning the company premises and taking out the trash. You have to pay out of pocket for garbage bags and toilet paper.
7. There is no year-end banquet or employee trip, and the year-end bonus is less than 0.3 months' salary.
8. The work atmosphere is serious. Apart from work-related matters, chatting is not allowed. If you are caught chatting, you will be questioned about whether you no longer want to work there.
9. The restroom is extremely dirty and disorderly, and the office environment is old—it is an extremely old house.
10. The company operates under a semi-responsibility system. You cannot work overtime for more than two hours a day, and you cannot work overtime every day to finish your tasks. You have to take the work home to complete it, and the supervisor will also hint that you need to find a way to finish it.
11. The supervisor often has wildly imaginative ideas, but they have low feasibility.
12. The company is very stingy when it comes to money. Expenses that should be paid by the company will be hinted to employees to pay themselves.
13. This workplace suits people who are articulate. Since most of the employees are women, men receive special treatment, so it is suitable for men to apply. However, the supervisor in sales is male, so women have an advantage when applying for sales positions. For other departments, it is suitable for men to apply.
