The boss and colleagues are all very nice. The organization is fairly flat, the work environment is pleasant, and the atmosphere feels very much like a multinational company. The company values talent development; the group offers English classes, and the company provides professional internal training. You can learn a lot and gain exposure to many new developments in digital advertising. Management and colleagues are all very willing to offer help and opportunities. Overall, the salary and benefits are quite good.
If you are not someone who is willing to keep learning and engage with new information, and just want to coast until retirement, this industry is not suitable for you. The digital advertising industry changes rapidly, and the technology is constantly innovating.
