Sometimes you don't need to clock in at work, and when the supervisor isn't around, it feels more relaxed.
The supervisor often fails to follow through on what they say. If you're a technician, you may spend each day running around from place to place, and even the supervisor themselves lacks knowledge and understanding of electromechanical equipment.
The benefits listed on the job bank—such as bonuses for the three major festivals and regular gatherings—were never mentioned during the approximately six months I worked there.
The company's salary payments often have issues and are frequently different from what was initially stated. When discussing the job at the beginning, the supervisor did not explain things clearly; they only brought up deductions from bonuses and other matters when it was time to pay the salary.
If you work in administration, the duties are very miscellaneous. If you're an accountant, you also have to do work beyond accounting.
The least acceptable thing is that salaries are paid late. They are already deducting from your pay, yet still paying late, and sometimes they don't even provide a payslip.
This company's systems and policies have serious problems. Think carefully before applying.
