Cons
1. The boss seemed drunk, spoke unclearly, and made the interviewee guess what he was trying to say. If you guessed incorrectly, he blamed you for it.
2. They don't review applicants' résumés online, and they didn't look at the résumé during the interview either, repeatedly asking the same questions.
3. They first show you their rules and ask whether the salary is okay.
The main point is that the rules are incredibly outrageous... I learned that apparently deductions can be made this way. Quite an eye-opener.
