There’s not much worth mentioning as a positive.
The company is new, and the policies are whatever the company says they are. There is no year-end bonus. Because there are so few employees, the company tries to save on labor costs and is unwilling to hire new people, so each person has to do everything. When the boss wants to take a flexible day off, we are expected to take the day off too, and afterward we have to use our own leave to make up for the extra flexible leave taken. Employees who take two hours of leave have $1,000 deducted. The only supervisor leaves early every now and then—double standards.
