The assistant salary is really not high.....If you have to choose, work in warehouse management rather than as an assistant
Let me talk about my previous experience working in warehouse management.
The company cooperated with a company owned by one of its investing shareholders, purchasing some material boards and parts from the shareholder.
New employees who took over the work were responsible for counting and receiving the materials and parts delivered by the shareholder (a terrible assignment).
Nothing was sorted. Everything arrived in one large batch and was dumped like garbage. The production line took whatever it needed first.
After that, counting and receiving was extremely difficult. Sometimes there was a week-long gap between the dates items were delivered, so who could remember what had been supplied???
I reported it, but your supervisor would only reply, “The other party is a shareholder, so there’s nothing we can do......” (So new employees are just unlucky??)
The prepared items were not all taken by the production line at once; instead, they were placed outside the warehouse and collected gradually.
The most outrageous thing was that, not long after I started, something went missing (a bag of screws), and the new employee was required to pay half the cost out of pocket.
This was my experience in the past. Several years have passed. If the warehouse still has not changed personnel,
new employees really should protect themselves. Although the company seems to have grown considerably, the management
at the time was truly hard to compliment......Although the salary offered was good, some of the people there were just...
By the way, does this site delete posts??? Why do reviews of some companies disappear completely???
If posts are deleted, then this platform doesn’t seem to be completely reliable as a reference for job seekers.
