The interview scheduling was problematic. The interview began with HR, followed by an interview with the general manager, but I waited nearly an hour for the general manager interview, which then lasted less than 10 minutes.
They emphasized the importance of English proficiency, but there was no English test or interview conducted on-site. It is recommended to attach relevant certificates or proactively seek opportunities to demonstrate your abilities.
