Under the guise of human-centered management, after joining, there was no employment contract or company regulations to sign. There was no clocking in or out, nor any salary statements. Even if there was overtime pay, it could not be reclaimed. When something went wrong, all the rules and procedures suddenly appeared; without a signed contract, whatever they said went.
Recent graduates, beware.
