The boss is rarely on-site, spending most of the time watching surveillance cameras.
As of 2017, about one-third of the employees had stayed for more than a year; it was difficult to find anyone who had stayed for more than three years.
The boss runs the company based on hearsay.
1. Employees report on one another.
2. If reports are acted on too quickly, everyone soon leaves...
3. Then new employees are recruited; once they arrive,
4. For the first three months, the boss is afraid of scolding them and driving them away,
5. After three months, it starts going back to the first point in the cycle.
So the company is constantly recruiting—especially sales assistants, production control staff, and quality control staff, for whom there are vacancies all year round.
