If you are a very positive and patient person, you can consider working here. The organization is flat and turnover is high, which can provide you with better opportunities for promotion.
Salary: Salaries are generally not high. Unless you have been in this industry for a while and have a network, it is difficult to receive a higher salary. For fresh university graduates, the pay is neither particularly high nor particularly low.
Job responsibilities: Because there are so few people, one person is often expected to do the work of two. Since the organization is small, there is rarely anyone to personally guide you step by step. Your responsibilities may also change along with internal organizational changes. The BU usually undergoes one or two major changes each year; as far as the organization is concerned, the only constant truth is "change." Here, you have to make a fuss to get what you want. If you were told during the interview that there would be specific professional training, be sure to confirm and request it again after joining, because the HR staff have been changing constantly in recent years, and some internal policies and training programs change along with them.
Work environment: The company's internal processes are quite disorganized, and some changes may take place every one or two years. Cooperation between departments is also not very smooth, although relationships among colleagues are fairly good. Many managers only chant slogans and talk about numbers. If you dislike this kind of culture, please think carefully before joining.
Benefits: The benefits are not very different from those offered by local companies. Aside from having leave available from the beginning (although you may not necessarily have the opportunity to take it—if you take leave and your work is unfinished, you still have to bring your computer with you because there is no backup person who can help you), there is not much else worth mentioning. There is no overtime pay. Even when the company makes money, it complains about declining performance and cuts benefits. If company benefits are important to you, please think carefully before joining.
