A position in the export department. The interview process was made into a big production, making it seem like a large company. After finally getting in, however, the job turned out to involve ordering lunch boxes, making coffee, and handling a pile of miscellaneous tasks. The new employee training was even more disorganized, with no clear structure. Even when you still didn’t understand something, you were expected to be able to start working immediately. When you encountered system operation problems and asked senior employees, they often didn’t really understand either and wouldn’t teach you, leaving you to figure it out yourself. If your efficiency was poor, they would let you go in less than three months, claiming that you were a slow learner. It was utterly speechless.
