1. It is not close to an MRT station, and there is also a large uphill slope along the way. Unless you drive or ride a scooter, it is more tiring than walking normally.
2. The recruitment post on PTT stated that the starting salary was NT$32,000, but during the actual interview, when the owner heard that the applicant’s current salary was over NT$30,000, he said that was already very high. At the time, it seemed that the stated starting salary was just for appearances. Sure enough, when they recruited again, the starting salary had changed to NT$28,000.
3. The written test includes translating some lease terms. This is more specialized and depends on individual judgment, so I will not comment further.
4. There is no need to talk about your work experience during the self-introduction; the owner is not interested.
