Because there are no raises and no benefits, there is no point in fighting, so colleagues do not compete with or fight one another for resources.
I’m in the Sales Department, so I’ll explain things from the perspective of what I’ve seen in this department.
The company overall:
Low pay — Someone mentioned on Tianyancha that the base salary is low. That’s true—it really is that number, and it also affects your year-end bonus. Even if the company is extremely generous and gives out two months’ salary this year, you still won’t receive as much as one month’s salary at another company.
The benefits are extremely poor — There is no annual company banquet. The employee trips and birthday parties listed in the 104 job posting are things from a long time ago.
Sales Department:
Simply put, it is a very bad vicious cycle: low pay → genuinely high turnover → an ever-increasing workload for those who stay → but no overtime pay → people have to resign because they are too exhausted → an ever-increasing workload for those who stay……..and so on.
Of course, I believe no company has only disadvantages. When colleagues are constantly leaving, you’ll be under a lot of pressure and have to handle many, many things. You’ll learn through the pain—but it depends on whether you’re willing to accept such a low salary~
