Pros
There are many projects available.
Cons
I am a freelance translator who takes on outsourced projects, so I have to cater to the people assigning the work at the company and make sure I don't upset them. If the person assigning the work becomes unhappy, they may tell you they no longer need you even when you're only halfway through the translation......... In the end, even the résumé registered in the system may be blacklisted......
