Low pay, with virtually no benefits, and the company does not follow the Labor Standards Act at all.
Working there as a technician is basically doing odd jobs. Even veteran mechanics who have worked there for over ten years earn only a little over 30,000 per month.
You only get four days off a month for that pay, and that's without even mentioning the other technicians.
The place is cramped, and so many vehicles arrive every day that they are all crowded at the entrance—there are too many to finish.
You are also taken advantage of when working overtime.
The overtime calculation is base salary × 1.33, regardless of how long you work overtime.
Even working overtime all day on Saturdays is calculated this way. You cannot clock in or out; it is recorded by signature.
The company's systems are chaotic and it is understaffed. Everyone has to handle several different jobs, yet the pay is still low.

The boss always wants to hire people at the lowest possible price. This boss goes even further: he hires people who know nothing to do the work. At the beginning, they do not even earn 22K, and that is including overtime.
To put it nicely, it is “cultivating talent”; to put it bluntly, it is a lack of foresight.
The company has no one capable of teaching them how to do the work. Those people are constantly humiliated as soon as they join.
In the end, everyone feels terrible, and nobody can do the work well.
The boss also loses his temper every now and then. To be honest, he brought it all upon himself.
