The company provides free lunch and dinner, and the environment is truly amazing—there’s nothing to complain about. It’s great.

The marketing planning manager is not very easy to get along with, and several employees in the department have been driven away by her. Listening to her speak often feels harsh and painful!

The manager also cares a lot about the department’s performance, and on holidays we are often remotely directed to do this and that. When taking on projects, she does not consider how many unfinished ones there are and keeps accepting more simply to show results. She also cuts in new projects before ones that are close to their deadlines, making everything very chaotic. Overtime is not paid; instead, compensatory leave is given (they will tell you to take half a day off). Sometimes the atmosphere in meetings is not very good, and Director X has lost his temper and shouted more than once. It’s very frightening.
