I worked in design there several years ago. It is a low-key small or medium-sized company that pursues sustainable, steady growth. The company is fairly well organized, and for many things it tries to follow the operating procedures of larger companies. There are many long-serving employees; most of them joined when they were young and single, then got married, had children, and even became managers. Everyone is like one big family. Although some people privately complain about certain things at the company, whenever the company holds an event, everyone still comes together and pitches in—it really feels like being with family.
The boss is a tough, straightforward older gentleman who has strong opinions about things, but he also values personal relationships. When I resigned, the boss even came over and smiled as he thanked me for my contributions during that period. It really touched me!
When junior employees do something poorly, the boss does not scold them directly; instead, he calls the supervisor into a meeting to discuss it. I made mistakes at work several times, including one or two fairly serious ones, but neither the boss nor my supervisor ever scolded me. They simply spoke to me seriously about being more careful and attentive, and then quickly discussed a solution together. Some of the supervisors and senior colleagues there looked after me like older brothers, fathers, or mothers. They patiently taught me many things, and this was where I began to build my confidence in the workplace. Even now, I am very grateful to the two supervisors, colleagues, and boss who guided me at the time!
It is a suitable place to consider if you are looking for stability and working hours in accordance with the Labor Standards Act~
The boss has a political preference, so it is best to avoid discussing politics.
Because everything is governed by procedures, there are many employee meetings every year. People who prefer freedom and flexibility or who pursue speed and efficiency may find it difficult to adapt.
The company has fixed visual preferences. After working there for a long time, you may feel that your work is constrained. At the time, I was still young, so I felt like resigning and trying my luck in a different industry.
In any company, if there are good supervisors, there will inevitably also be supervisors who are less liked. Toward the end, I was often assigned tasks unrelated to my original job responsibilities, and my enthusiasm for the company was gradually worn down by certain people~ Sigh.
