Department colleagues are easy to get along with
The department manager is easy to communicate with
The office floor has a pleasant environment
The company culture is very similar to that of a public-sector government agency
The manager has relatively old-fashioned views
The manager expects you to work overtime, but the position is classified as a duty-based role with no overtime pay
The salary is relatively low (especially the base salary)
New employees do not have parking spaces and need to register and wait in line (the original poster had been waiting for over a year and still had not gotten one...)
The ERP system was not scheduled to be replaced until early 2018
Office staff occasionally have to provide support at the factory site
