Outside of these three working periods, you can rest inside the company.

If you need to go out to the bank or post office, or if you live nearby, the round-trip time permitting, the supervisor may let you leave depending on the situation.

Days off are scheduled on a rotating basis, with 5 days off per month.

You could say that you’re tied up there for the entire 12 hours!!!
