To avoid the labor and health insurance salary brackets, the salary is split into various allowances and bonuses.
Although the monthly average reaches the monthly salary originally promised, the base salary is unbelievably low (less than NT$22K....)
When bonus increases or holiday support pay is calculated based on the base salary, the result is, as you can imagine, even worse than a part-time worker's pay.
This is the first time I've truly understood what it means to "not value employees."
