【Position: Plant Affairs Assistant】
The supervisor was kind during the interview, and you can ask more questions about anything you don’t understand.
Job duties: Basic Excel function operations, then keying the data into the system. Reports must be organized before the beginning of each month. Most of the time is spent in the office handling administrative tasks. In addition to the duties mentioned above, you are also responsible for ordering lunch boxes, collecting work uniforms, and other plant-related affairs. Occasionally, you may also need to inspect the plant or handle other tasks. The work position is reassigned once a year.
Drawbacks:
1. The salary is 21,500, with a three-month probationary period. If the company achieves a 6% profit margin for the quarter, an additional bonus equal to 6% of the salary will be paid.
2. From the monthly salary of 21,500, labor and health insurance premiums, the lunch fee (of the 60 yuan, you pay 20 yuan), and the Retiree Welfare Association membership fee will still be deducted. The actual take-home pay may be only around 19,000.
3. Leave and overtime are handled in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.
