Pros
Working hours in the IT department are normal, and there are no internal regulations in the relevant departments regarding compensatory leave for overtime; everyone can apply.
Cons
Other departments have internal regulations, so compensatory leave for overtime cannot be applied for.
Supervisory positions are not allowed to apply for compensatory leave for overtime.
