Workplace reviews and discussion: 庭茂農業生技股份有限公司

The interview time was changed repeatedly, so I never got to attend the interview and don't know what the advantages are.

The interview was scheduled and then the time was changed repeatedly. What's more, they only used text messages to make the changes, and on the day itself they changed it to another day@@. I wasted a day of leave I had specifically taken... Fortunately, I saw the message before leaving home. If I had only seen the message after missing the appointment, wouldn't I have made the trip for nothing?

I completely understand that the person in charge is very busy. However, a company or supervisor that respects its employees can be evaluated through the small things.
