The boss is very easygoing and approachable. It is an early-stage brand under the company.
After applying, I did not go to the company but to a new office. Newly installed glass panels were covered with kraft paper, and several white long tables had been set up; even the protective packaging film had not been removed. When I arrived, there was no interview process. The boss simply told me to sit down, and then I attended a meeting with them. The boss asked some questions, but they were not interview questions—he directly asked about the meeting content. However, I had no idea where the parent company was located or what it did. In the middle of the meeting, the boss started talking about direct selling. He later returned to the meeting, but the brand had been separated into its own office, which was completely unfinished. It seemed genuinely far too much like a startup.
