I heard there is a lot of overtime during the busy season. In principle, you complete the work at the plant and then go to the site for installation (mainly in Taichung and Kaohsiung).
Most of the conditions follow the Labor Standards Act.
If you like working overtime to strive for a year-end bonus, you could consider it.
From the way the people there spoke, they seemed fairly sincere (?)
The starting salary is NT$23,000... They later called to say there is an allowance for certifications, but it probably will not be much.
The technical level is relatively low; in principle, you can do the job if you know CO2 and argon welding (spot welding).
You also have to work as a truck driver....
The biggest drawback is probably that the starting salary is really far too low....
