Pros
The boss loves chatting and will come help out when available, and shows some concern for regular employees. Sometimes there is a harmonious atmosphere.
Cons
Sometimes the supervisor can be relatively conservative, and it may take longer to get up to speed than in other jobs. This is a job that requires responsiveness and physical stamina. The base salary is 22,000–27,000, with some fluctuations.
