The interview was very strange—they arranged it outside. The starting salary is 23,000, and then they said that with allowances added together it would come to 40,000. The salary structure is very strange: if the salary is really that high, why is the starting salary so low? If they were truly willing to offer that much, the starting salary wouldn’t be so low. Labor insurance isn’t something to skimp on like this. It feels like the boss isn’t honest. Also, I’m no longer a beginner in this field, yet they insisted on a three-month probation period. Are they trying to trick me into thinking I don’t understand the Labor Standards Act?
