It is a company that sells pet supplies and food. Each person manages their own platform and handles online marketing tasks such as creating product banners, inventory sorting, shipping, and responding to customer inquiries. When monthly sales reach 200K, there is a performance bonus. I did not submit any relevant banner samples at the time of the interview. The interview questions included: “Can you handle creating banners? How long does it take to create one banner? Do you have pets? How would you describe your personality?”
There is labor and health insurance, labor pension contributions, a five-day workweek, and national holidays.
The salary is 22K during the three-month probationary period and 25K afterward.
During the interview, I felt that the supervisor’s attitude was quite good, and I received an offer on the spot. However, I ultimately did not take the job, for the reason described below.
The company is located in one of the corrugated-metal buildings among a group of such buildings. Inside, there are shelves where products are stored; farther in, there is a small office with air conditioning, and beyond that is a small room used as the supervisor’s office. The main reason I did not accept the job was that I did not like working in a group of corrugated-metal buildings.
