No advantages

I went for an interview in July 2017. During the interview, I wasn't even offered a cup of tea or water, and after the interview, I didn't even receive a thank-you letter. It was a very disorganized company, perhaps a small office that had just been established here by a mainland Chinese-funded company. At the time, they were supposedly looking for a Flash firmware engineer, but I don't know why everything seems to have become DRAM now. This is genuinely strange. I also know that the interviewer, a manager, had left a senior management position at Silicon Motion Technology. All the questions that manager asked in the interview were exactly the same as the last time—there was no originality at all.
