Pros
You can learn things unrelated to the organization, and you don't need to travel for work.
Cons
1. The product isn't available on the market and has no specifications, so you have to think it through and make it yourself, then review it.
2. If you're responsible for the entire project, a lot of people will ask you to REPORT.
3. The PM also has to work on developing the specifications and chair meetings and discussions. There may be opportunities for changes to the specifications up until before the mold is opened.
4. It's best if you can also handle the ID work.
