There are many young applicants, and the air conditioning in the restaurant where the interview was held was very cold.
1. When accompanying applicants during the interview, the attitude was not very good, leaving the applicants with a negative impression.
2. The job listing described benefits for a full-time position, but it was only upon seeing the contract terms at the interview that I discovered it was a dispatched position, not a full-time one.
3. The website stated that the shifts were fixed, but when filling out the application on site, applicants were implicitly told that writing down a willingness to work overtime would make them more likely to be hired, effectively forcing them to choose overtime.
