For beginners, the hardware department is a decent place to build up experience (though it also depends on the department—there’s one where even the boss only knows how to talk). After honing your skills for three years, you can hurry up and leave~~
If you happen to interview with Associate Manager Li, Manager Li, or Manager Kuo, their departments are all pretty good, and you can build up very solid experience there...
But compared with other networking equipment manufacturers, the salary is only so-so~~
智邦 is practically the 程啟基 vocational training center......
A fixed 14 months, plus a profit-sharing bonus of 1–3 months’ salary.
There was once an announcement saying that the profit-sharing bonus would be paid in April and September.
But whenever the payment date approaches, a major shareholder steps in to block it.
The salary is supposedly competitive, but when you compare annual compensation, it falls significantly behind the industry average....
A bonus is paid every six months, called an MBO bonus.
For hardware R&D, the bonus depends on which customers the projects handled by your department are for~~ The better the account’s customers perform, the larger the bonus~
Each department is responsible for 1–4 accounts~~
If the customers handled by your department aren’t very profitable or there are no projects,
you’ll be loaned out to help another department’s account with its projects.
Then they get the bonus, while you do all the shitty work.....
