Workplace reviews and discussion: 泰永生物科技股份有限公司

The working day is only 7.5 hours.

1. The company operates under a responsibility-based work system (assistants and others are also subject to this system).

2. The salary is below the market rate.

3. The company’s system is disorganized, and some tasks do not have a corresponding contact person (regardless of how busy you are, you must clock out before 6 p.m., then continue working after clocking out).

4. There is no salary scale, so the salary details are unclear.

5. There is a one-hour lunch break, but business matters may interrupt you during that break.
