1. The company altered clock-in records without authorization. It was once fined for violating the Labor Standards Act, so it secretly changed the clock-in records, then persecuted current employees after being reported. If you dare steal, don’t be afraid of getting caught!
2. The system is a complete mess; there is essentially no system at all. They say one thing and do another.
3. The boss drives a wedge between colleagues and damages their relationships, causing them to distrust one another. When the boss dislikes an employee, they even ask other colleagues to ostracize that person, forcing the others to distance themselves from them.
I advise job seekers to think carefully before making a decision. If you want a boss who drives wedges, constantly changes their story, and stirs up trouble, then go ahead!
