Nothing to do at work
Accounting and administrative errands include everything from finding and viewing properties, mailing letters at the post office, listing items for auction, finding products for online purchases, contacting sellers, and traveling to stores to pick them up, to cleaning, moving water, and more. Gas and phone expenses are not reimbursed, and there is very little work related to accounting expertise.
There are few company projects involving UI/UX design, programming, or development, so there is plenty of time to use. During development, you are not directly informed about what the client actually wants, nor are you told the overall planning approach. Instead, the employer simply asks you to add certain features, without a comprehensive software development plan.
There is no labor or health insurance, and arguing about it will not change that. The workplace is unhygienic and often has unpleasant odors. Travel subsidies are promised but never actually received. The project-completion bonus is around 2,000, but there is no work to qualify for it. The year-end bonus is also around 2,000—呵呵.
Emotional management is extremely problematic.
