The average age of the employees is young.

After making it through three months, the salary will be adjusted to NT$28,000–30,000.

When the company schedules a day off, it really does let you take the day off. There is no maliciously forcing employees to work on their days off.

Payday is between the 15th and 18th of the following month. In other words, new employees joining this company will have to live without pay for a full month and a half or more.

The working hours are extremely long: the fixed daily hours are 10 hours and 15 minutes (8:00 AM–6:15 PM), but due to the workload, overtime until 7:00 PM or even later is common. However, the overtime pay is very unclear because no pay statement is provided when salaries are issued.

The system is poor. The interview contract stated “two copies,” but the copy belonging to the employee was never provided.

The base salary was initially agreed to be NT$28,000, but after the contract was taken back, the company filled in the base salary field as only NT$22,000 without informing me.

This job is extremely labor-intensive. Even office staff must handle both indoor and outdoor duties, so you need to consider your physical condition. Many people inside the company suffer from back and lower-back pain. I personally injured a spinal disc because I had to hire [sic] handle moving goods outdoors, which left me unable to walk. I can currently only resign and recuperate at home.
