There are few people on site, so there is less concern about too many people and too much gossip. However, you will also be scrutinized more closely... so I’m not sure whether that counts as an advantage anymore.
The work is so static that it makes you sleepy, and employees hardly dare chat or talk to one another, so the workplace is very quiet.
In this era when exploitative bosses are in charge, exploiting employees is taken for granted, and labor dispatch agencies are everywhere, the pay here really does count as good.
The on-site supervisor has poor character and needs to improve his attitude and conduct toward others.
He is not good at managing people, yet he is responsible for managing the site—I don’t understand.
Things that are clearly very simple become difficult to understand when he explains them.
When training new employees, he leaves out information here and there. When questions are raised, instead of patiently teaching, he responds with harsh words and blames the new employee.
If you suggest ways to improve or optimize the work process, he will turn embarrassment into anger.
He has poor emotional control and gets angry easily, without distinguishing right from wrong.
He frequently gives people dirty looks, verbally bullies and nitpicks employees, and uses his supervisor title to pressure people.
He often says nothing and just shakes his head at you, needlessly increasing the pressure at work.
New employees are given only one day to learn; on the second day, mistakes are no longer tolerated, otherwise they are accused of having a poor attitude toward learning.
Both employees on site are new.
In an old company, only the office staff are experienced.
The site, however, is staffed entirely by newcomers, which clearly indicates a high turnover rate.
No one can stay.
For anyone planning to interview, I advise you to know your own capabilities first and not waste your time.
Oh, there are 10-minute breaks in both the morning and afternoon, but they delay the end of the workday by 20 minutes.
However, this is not stated on the company’s recruitment website. Also, the company serves shared dishes, but new employees are not allowed to eat them!
