Very good at repeating themselves and pretending nothing happened
Key points:
1. The company sent an interview invitation by mistake, and did not explain anything to the job seeker who received the incorrect email, simply leaving them hanging.
2. After I inquired, they apparently confirmed that my résumé did not include a profile photo, and their reply was extremely perfunctory.
They showed absolutely no respect for job seekers.

What happened:
I first received a rejection email, and then later received an interview invitation saying that the previous email had been sent by mistake and inviting me to an interview.
After I replied to arrange a time, I waited two days without receiving a response.

After I asked about it, they told me: “Your résumé does not include a profile photo, so you did not pass the screening.” (Then why did you send me an interview invitation??)

Throughout the exchange, they just kept repeating the same thing.
The conclusion was that they had sent the second email to me by mistake—it was intended for someone else—and then simply ignored my reply. (You could have just said from the beginning that it was sent to the wrong person.)

Basically, I could still have accepted being left hanging, since it is possible that they simply failed to notice. (Although they had already paid 104 to post the job, so that seems rather unlikely ^^)
Making a careless mistake is also understandable. (Although this was the first time I had encountered a mistake this absurd.)
However, the response I received after inquiring was genuinely disrespectful to job seekers.
Even though the mistake was clearly theirs, they deliberately avoided addressing it and kept repeating the same thing.
Were they rejecting me? Or were they saying, “Please add your contact information and apply again”? They could not even explain that clearly.
They had already wasted someone else’s time, and then continued causing further inconvenience with this vague, ambiguous response.
Before replying to accept the interview, I had also spent time checking the company’s information and preparing. That was time too.
And they casually left someone hanging.
Choosing not to include a profile photo or my phone number is my personal decision. The purpose is to avoid certain stereotypical companies and inexplicable phone harassment. (I do have an email address, and they can also contact me through the 104 system.)
Yet because they sent the invitation to the wrong person, they treated me carelessly simply because the person they contacted by mistake “did not have a profile photo or phone number.”
They practically treated the job seeker like a slave. ^^
